Use of the App

FineSense is provided as a personal finance tracking tool. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered or approved in the app.
• You are responsible for securing access to your device and any connected Google account.
• You are responsible for reviewing SMS-assisted transaction suggestions before relying on them.
• You must not misuse the app, reverse engineer it unlawfully, or interfere with its normal operation.

No Financial Advice

FineSense is a budgeting and tracking tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Any insights, reminders, or automated suggestions are informational only.

Backups and Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Backup and restore actions depend on external account availability, network access, and user permissions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of those services.

Permissions and Device Features

Some app features require device permissions, such as SMS permissions on Android for SMS-assisted transaction ingestion. If you do not grant these permissions, related features may not work.

Intellectual Property

The FineSense name, branding, design assets, and app materials are owned by their respective rights holders. Except where allowed by law, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.

FineSense is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, savings, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of FineSense after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
